My technician, Leo, was professional, courteous, and very well informed. He educated me on every question I asked. I was so pleased with his high level of service that I signed up for their regular service plan.
The downside of working with Frymire is that their call center and scheduling team messed up the scheduled date of my service. I took a half day off because I was advised that the technician would arrive some time after Noon. At 4:30 I called to ask when they were coming and discovered they didnt have me on schedule. I insisted that someone come that night as I had been without A/C for a week (in Texas) and one week out was the best appointment I could get. The technician came at 9:30pm (which was very late, but at least someone came). Thankfully he was as thorough and professional as I described above or I would have never used their services again.
