There was quite a bit of confusion as to just when the technician was coming. When I originally called for an appt, I was told between 1-3. Tech called that morning at 10:20, said was coming then. I said no, we were planning on afternoon so my husband could be here. He said okay, would put down for afternoon but couldn't give a window and appt-maker shouldn't have done so. Another scheduler called around 4, when no one had come. Then tech called again, came around 6. He was great once he got here -- the problem was just getting him here.
