absent, negligent, and nepotistic 8/9/2011

The Foundation Group ruins perfectly good apartment buildings. Once our building was ran by TFGRE the vice president installed his kid sister as Super, the gounds became unruly, it took them weeks to fix any problem and their communication is terrible. Everybody speaks down to you, takes you for granted, and thinks that you work for them not the other way around. Before you move into another apartment make sure it is NOT managed by The Foundation Group. more

They manage our property like they owned it. 1/12/2011

Over the past 50 years our family has self managed our commercial properties, we always thought we could do a better job on our own. With time being more valuable, and our health changing, we needed to hire a management company. We reached out to people we new that were using professional management and went with The Foundation Group a number of years ago and have not been disappointed. They are doing a better job than we did and our net numbers are better. It has been a pleasure having The Foundation Group manage our properties they are very responsive and professional and know the market. They really care. more

A company you can trust 1/12/2011

I've used other property management companies and I can tell you Foundation Group is different. They care about taking care of the property as if it is their own. They answer the phone when you call and are very responsive to any issue that comes along. They also view the relationship as long term, so they don't nickel and dime you. I strongly reccomend this company more
