Over the past 50 years our family has self managed our commercial properties, we always thought we could do a better job on our own. With time being more valuable, and our health changing, we needed to hire a management company. We reached out to people we new that were using professional management and went with The Foundation Group a number of years ago and have not been disappointed. They are doing a better job than we did and our net numbers are better. It has been a pleasure having The Foundation Group manage our properties they are very responsive and professional and know the market. They really care.
