Perfect !!! 4/1/2010

After I bumped Toyota Prius in a parking garage I called my Toyota dealer and they referred me to Foreign Auto Rebuild in Seattle to have the repairs done . The staff there was great they help me handle my Insurance claim and made me feel at home and were very freindly . The repairs were perfect !! and only took 4 days. Thank you guys for the good job , I will be back if I bump my baby again .. more

The WORST!!! 7/9/2007

Poor communication. Poor service. The repair took forever. First they told me the car would be started in few days; when I called back 2 weeks later...they hadn't even started. Then they lied to me about why they hadn't started. The car took nearly 7 weeks to do a basic repair. Mysteriously, several personal items, like checks and mail (the car was in an accident and was towed to FAR while I was sent by ambulance to the hospital) went missing. Then the car leaked the next time it rained...can you believe that they didn't even check that...IN SEATTLE??!! The hatch didn't work properly.\r I am still waiting to get reimbursed for thousands of dollars of rental car expenses because it took them so long to fix the car.\r You have been warned! more
