I have been doing business with Foreign Auto Rebuild for nearly 13 years now! Not once have I ever had a problem. They are hands down the best in the business. They are true professionals in their craft and the customer Service people in the office have the BEST customer service They should be teaching classes on how to treat customers! This store is a class act. I would take any car there and trust that they would restore it to better than new condition. Thank you Julie, Kirk and everyone else at FAR, you are the best. more

Never go to Foreign Auto Rebuild! 7/9/2007

Poor communication. They even lied to me when they waited for over two weeks to start work on my car. The car took nearly 7 weeks to do a basic repair. Also, I got the car back minus several personal items like some checks and mail (the car was in an accident and was towed to FAR while I was sent by ambulance to the hospital). Then the car leaked the next time it rained...can you believe that they didn't even check that...IN SEATTLE??!! I am still waiting to get reimbursed for thousands of dollars of rental car expenses because it took them so long to fix the car. You have been warned! more

Good Auto Body Work 2/22/2006

The few times I've had occasion to have auto body repair work done, I have always been pleased with the experience of going to Foreign Auto Rebuild. Parking (and getting safely back out of their lot with a brand new repair) can be a bit challenging at times but it's a small matter when your car comes out looking practically brand new again. Since I usually have had insurance paying for most of the work, I'm not sure I'd be a great judge on costs though I can say that they have offered very helpful advice on how to reduce costs or get more value for the money I'm spending. I like them so much that even though I live on the Eastside these days, I still take my vehicles there if I have work that needs to be done. more
