Needed brake pads on rear of my 2004 Mazda 3. Rotor showed signs of wear, so I mentioned that it would probably need replacing. I got charged $120 per rotor, on OE rotors that I could get for $60 for A PAIR. So they had a 400% markup. Anyway, I told the guy he was ripping me off, and he said, I'm sorry sir but I have to buy from my vendor. I needed my car, and didn't want any more run around. So I decided to pay through the nose, and then decided to write this article. \r

To top it off he tried to upsell me with things I didn't need, and even offered to rotate my tires for $30 after he took the measuremtns and showed a difference in wear on the front and rear tires. The fact that the rear tires were already off, and HAD THE TIME TO MAKE THE MEASUREMENTS, but not change them when the back tires were already off upset me. With 5 minutes of labor they could have made the rotation, but instead he wanted $30 for something most places charge $10 for... \r
