Review content:
Despite poor customer service the last couple times we've been in, we decided to give this store another chance. As we left (3 hours later than promised), we noticed a huge scratch right next to the driver's handle. It was large and obvious and new. The manager had the nerve to tell us 1) he stood next to the mechanic the entire time he worked on the car -- as if anyone would believe that--, 2) that we can't prove it was them, and 3) that there was a dent on that quarter panel, and so we would wind up having to repaint anyway. The only thing worse than our ruined paint job was this manager's attitude! I was mortified. We're telling everyone!
