I've now gone to this Firestone twice now, because it is so close to where I live. However, on two seperate occasions, they have not only tried to overcharge me, but say that things completely needed to be replaced when they didn't. I am confident t hat it is because of my gender and my age. I've then gone to my dad's favorite auto mechanic telling them what this Firestone fools had diagnoised only to hear that not only were they wrong, but they were making up problems with my car, and failing my inspection test to get new tags. I will never go there again, and will do whatever I can to help other people avoid getting ripped off. I know car shop-businesses are struggling for business, but this is absolutely not the way to get it! They should be ashamed of themselves.
