First of all let me say I own a 08 BMW M3 and I am very picky when it comes to work on my car. I expect and pay top dollar for work on my car. I was in an accident and was towed to Expro Auto. I was very hesitant at first because I wanted to take the car directly to BMW. Giovanni who is in charge of sales insured me that the car would be up to my standards and I would have no regrets leaving the car with them. I decided to allow Expro Auto to do the work on my car. It had over $20,000 in mechanical and body work. Omar, who was my service advisor was the most helpful service advisor I have ever had. Anytime I had a question or wanted to see my car Omar was there to take care of me. The car work was done timely and absolutely fantastic. I have a white car and white is typically the hardest color to match, but it looks absolutely wonderful. If you want quality work with great customer service be sure to use Expro Auto and ask for Omar! It's very hard to find a quality honest auto shop, but I am taking my girl friends Audi there to get work done because I was so satisfied with my BMW.
