I was involved in a collision on the way home from my job, and decided on ExPro initially because of the offer for a free loner car. I was not prepared for the level of excellence in service and kindness offered by Omar Gasper at this company. He met with me late in the evening after being called back to work...not many people would have been as kind as him after having to go back to work after leaving for the day.
The repairs were completed and Omar handled all of the issues with complete professionalism and courtesy.
This was my first insurance claim, and - I hope - my last - but if i ever have another...I'm gonna locate Omar to help me through it...
