Recently one of my car got into an accident and it required some body work. Being the first timer in the accident scene (hopefully the last), I was kind of lost about how to handle the insurance claims and other glory things.
Lucky me... That's where one of my friend told me about Expro Auto collision and that's where Mr. Ed showed up with his truck and the first thing he said was "" Don't worry, we will take care of all your needs here'. And no doubt they did.
From towing my car to handling the insurance adjuster and making sure that the car is getting repaired in the best possible way, these folks are the best.
First surprising thing was the level of professionalism from the minute the car got towed to their garage to handling of the final paper work. Staff was very professional and courteous and the work they did was excellent. They took care of all the minor details.
One of the most important thing that I would like to mention is the responsiveness of folks like OMAR, MIKE, GEOVANY and others. I was not expecting this kind of care from an auto shop, as a matter of fact from any services business. I was treated with professionalism. The folks that I mentioned here called me on regular basis to provide the status of my car and were always concerned about how am I going to take care of my daily business without my car. They lend me their car at no cost just to support me in my daily life. The interesting part is that even Mr. Ed, who towed my car called me on regular basis inquiring about how am I doing and is there anything he ca do to help me.
In summary, its a level of service that's unheard of and level of professionalism that you hope that other businesses will follow as a guideline.
