Efficient and Friendly! 11/13/2015

My husband and I recently purchased a home with everdry waterproofing. We decided to take advantage of their winter tune up special to check things over. When I called to set up an appointment, the staff was efficient and friendly. The appointment was set up within less than a weeks time and we reside in Jackson, MI. When the service tech arrived at our home, he was polite and professional and answered all of our question re: operations of the system as we had been unaware of how it all worked due to purchasing a home with it already being installed. They Won't Give Up 10/30/2015

They were able to stop the water on our basement floor a number of years ago. But the moisture on our walls returned. Thinking that we were "suckered" by a promise of a lifetime warranty we gave up. Then earlier this year at a county fair I shared my discouragement with the EverDry rep. She absolutely insisted that they come out and work on the problem. Everdry Experience 10/20/2015

My experience with Everdry was very positive. I think my circumstances may have been different then most and that I had to have them out 3 times. Every time they came out the crew was very thorough. When they left you could hardly tell they were there. Everdry does what they promise. BKM 46563 more

We first had Everdry come out to deal with our problem 12 years ago and our crawl space still had issues. The new management has willingly done everything they could to rectify the situation left by the former management and they even came back this year when we had our concrete patio pulled up and finished putting in the exterior drain tile without hesitation. We have also had times when we were unsure about our sump pumps working properly and we have a very difficult space to get into and they can out and checked/replaced things all covered by our $25/year fee. All the workers have been courteous and thoughtful as well. --Valparaiso more

Waterproofing 9/21/2015

In case you have wondered whether EverDry honors its warranty, let me assure you it does. After two years with a completely dry basement, we experienced unusually heavy rainfall this past spring. When two small wet spots appeared on the cellar floor, we called for a consult. An Everdry inspector came the next day and agreed to send a crew out to add three more drains. Work was completed within a month in the same efficient manner as the original work at no additional expense to us. My advice to you is keep your warranty up-to-date and you will have no worries. -- SDW Climax, MI more

Moist Stinky Basement 9/11/2015

I had Everdry out to my home built in 1901, about 7 years ago to give me an estimate. They made solid recommendations and gave me the option to pick and choose which services I wanted done. I had drainage installed around the outside, the inside, a sump pit and pump, they lined the interior walls with a rigid plastic, and put their easy breath humidity controlled blower in. I spent a bit, but I have since been able to use every bit of that basement space for anything without it getting moldy or smelling like most basements. I have had one issue with the easy breath in 7 years and they fixed it at no cost to me. If I were to ever build a home or buy another I would definately have Everdry out to install a similar system. Waterproofing in Mishawaka, Ind. 9/3/2015

I recently purchased my home less than 6 months ago and my home inspector totally missed just how bad the efflorescence was in the basement. The problem was only revealed after their possessions had been removed. The gentleman who came out to my home for the free inspection was incredibly thorough and never once seemed rushed with me. That same care and patience was also exhibited by every person I encountered from the company. If I ever had a question or concern, someone was always willing to take their time to explain things and make sure everything was going as planned... even all the way through installation. It has become increasingly evident the previous owners were big "DIY-ers." Now I at least have peace of mind knowing the foundation of my home is protected the way it needs to be and was professionally handled by people who know what they're doing. more

Waterproofing 9/2/2015

Everdry water proofed our basement over 15 years ago. At that time it was my fathers home. We have never had a problem with the water proofing. I continue to live in the home with my family. I recall when Everdry did the work, very courteous and professional. SAS Jackson MI more
