My basement was waterproofed by Everdry about 10 years ago until about a month ago no problems. Called Everdry and they fixed the problem. No cost to me. Everdry will get it done. LSN PORTAGE more

I would recommend this company to anybody we had our house water proofed inside and out and have never had a drop of water since. It cost us a lot of money but i am at peace of mind now. They work in timely manner and clean everything up. I also bought the warranty which i pay a yearly fee and they replace all parts for nothing which i have used this warranty to have my pump replaced. While we were unfortunate in that we needed to use EverDry's service (so much flooding in our area!), we couldn't have gotten a better company to do the work. The guys who came out were respectful, knowledgeable, patient (and we tested that with our many questions), and hard workers. They came only days after our flooding and in freezing temperatures (yep, we went from melting to freezing in a few days, ah the Midwest). When we noticed a little dampness on our cellar wall a couple months later, they came back out and tweaked their work to make it even more effective...free of charge! Our only complaint was the salesman at the beginning. His many sales techniques were obvious, obnoxious, and solicited fear. After speaking with others who had used EverDry, they had been told the very same things we were, but the sales rep lead us to believe that ours were special circumstances. Thankfully, we had a very clear budget and couldn't be too taken in by his tactics. I'm still giving this company five stars because we were able to see past the sales part and have greatly benefited from the work done. And all the future owners of this house will benefit too, as it's a lifetime guarantee! more

When Fred Bedford arrived to tell me about his company, I was probably the most skeptical person EVER! We had been battling a significant water problem for over 40 years and I didn’t believe that the water problem could be solved. I didn’t want to invest a large amount of money to be disappointed and still be fighting a wet basement. Fred spend lots of time with me that day a year ago helping me understand the system they would be installing and trying to put my fears at ease. I wanted so desperately to have the water problem “fixed” but I sincerely didn’t believe it would happen. Needless to say Fred convinced me to invest because Everdry would do whatever it took to alleviate the water. My house was sitting in a bowl of water you might say and that it would be guaranteed for life. I still have the illustration that Fred drew that day showing me exactly what would have to take place to control the ground water. The workers arrived just one year ago this week. In five days and very cold, freezing weather…they finished the installment. My heart was hopeful but very heavy because I just didn’t believe it would ever be a dry basement and I was worried that I had made a huge mistake. After the installment was completed, I was asked to fill out a form stating my experience with Everdry. I told the guys that I would not fill it out because I had to make sure that it was going to work…that I would have a dry basement. I promised that I would wait a year and if I was satisfied with the Everdry system, I would be glad to write a letter stating just that! I started writing the letter 2 weeks ago because I can ‘t believe that a year has gone by and I have a dry basement! Still!!! I am a person of my word just as I expected Everdry to be a company that stands behind their words. I greatly appreciate the product quality from Everdry. You truly get what you pay for. The worked us into their busy schedule even before our scheduled date and had the job done very quickly. They even specialized the product specifically for our situation. Our basement is not moisture free and the air in our house smells MUCH cleaner. There absolutely unbeatable warranty gives me great peace of mind as does there dual sump pump with battery backup. EveryDry had us sold by their guarantee and the fact that they not only worked on the inside of our basement, but also around the entire house, ensuring that NO water would come inside. We had a couple of representatives talk to us and one of them was not the friendliest, but for us it came down to what exactly the company was offering and what we needed as a family for peace of mind. The work crew came in on the COLDEST week of the season thus far and in 0 degrees temperatures outside still were able to dig and seal our foundation. They worked hard and all of the workers were very polite, smiling every time my three year old son would say hi to them. Upon completion we found a few things that needed re-sealing outside and some work around our fireplace needed to be re-done, but they came back and addressed those issues in LESS than a week. We are very pleased with the sound of the sump pump, our last one was very loud and look forward to refinishing our basement so that we can use it as a family room. Although EverDry was the most expensive quote, we truly have peace of mind knowing that we are keeping the water OUT of our home instead of just managing the water as it comes in our home as many of the other companies out there offer. We were assured that if we find any more issues that were not addressed to our satisfaction, that they would come and rectify what needed to be done.
