Had a great and informative free inspection. I decided to sign up on the spot and take advantage of the discount they were offering. I had the service a few months later. The install was fast, took about 1.5 days. Workers were nice, foreman was a bit short in time, but was manageable to work with. Couple things to note from the install were, the jack hammers did not have the 'dust jackets' as described by sales person. The undermining hammer trick that was used to show floor weakening, still makes that sound when I hit it now. That part of the presentation felt gimmicky looking back, because the test makes the same sound after it was fixed. I had some tar left on the side of the house and extra rocks and trash from the install of exterior drain pipe, along with a sump pump lid that would not come off/open, along with a room completely missed in the basement for sealing. It took a few months to pin Everdry and me down for a follow up, inspection. The delay was due to my travel schedule and Everdry's availability.. Follow-up was good but mildly disappointing. The second crew fixed the extra rocks, did their best on the tar on my houses' sidings and offered to buy some spray paint from the local hardware store to dust/paint over the parts where they could not remove the tar. I plan to repaint my house, so I declined, but there was no offer to discount the cost of the install of the Everdry. The lid to the sump pump still does not properly fit, the paneling used against the wall has gaps and pulls from the wall, breathEZ does not touch the floor(instructions claim it should, Everdry installation technician claims it does not) I still have moisture issues in the basement. I still use my dehumidifier, maybe a little bit less, but it still runs more hours than not. Overall I would say for just shy of $17,000 - seventeen thousand - I am as impressed as I was when the system was presented to me. I have yet to see one drop of water hit the sump pump and its rained so hard that my roof leaked, not sure that was necessary.
