In case you have wondered whether EverDry honors its warranty, let me assure you it does. After two years with a completely dry basement, we experienced unusually heavy rainfall this past spring. When two small wet spots appeared on the cellar floor, we called for a consult. An Everdry inspector came the next day and agreed to send a crew out to add three more drains. Work was completed within a month in the same efficient manner as the original work at no additional expense to us. My advice to you is keep your warranty up-to-date and you will have no worries. -- SDW Climax, MI
