I had Everdry out to my home built in 1901, about 7 years ago to give me an estimate. They made solid recommendations and gave me the option to pick and choose which services I wanted done. I had drainage installed around the outside, the inside, a sump pit and pump, they lined the interior walls with a rigid plastic, and put their easy breath humidity controlled blower in. I spent a bit, but I have since been able to use every bit of that basement space for anything without it getting moldy or smelling like most basements. I have had one issue with the easy breath in 7 years and they fixed it at no cost to me. If I were to ever build a home or buy another I would definately have Everdry out to install a similar system.
