I've always come here for oil changes and everything else I need. I've owned 3 bows and they have service two out of the three. The service is always great and a very friendly staff , very comforting. I highly recommend their business and their services. It's cheaper than the dealership but apricot than your local oil and mechanic shop. But I come for great service and great outcome. So on that note I highly recommend their services.. more

I took my Mercedes Benz in on the Monday following New Years without an appointment. I figured EMC would be to busy to help me but I had to try as the "check service" note kept on going on and off. I was ready for them to tell me to come back on Tuesday. Instead they said yes we can check it and get it done today. In doing so they really made my day. more

Battery swap and inspection 1/3/2016

Rick does a fantastic job each time I bring my diesel in for service. He is very knowledgable about my model and many others. he shares information that is useful to me and helps me to know more more on each visit. For instance he told me about a anti gravity jump box which could get me out of a jam if the battery dies or a phone needs charged in the future. He also pointed out that both struts are needing replaced do to cracking. We could see some tire ware occuring. Rick's battery recommendation also saved me a few bucks. Thanks for having Technicians like Rick on staff. In an unrelated note from Rick's service, I did hear and see the reaction of another Technician when he found out his support helper had poured about half of a yellow fuel can (diesel) into the gas tank of a grey 3 series. The Tech. told the helper that the YELLOW cans are labeled diesel and RED are gas. I would ask to be sure labels are clear and that helpers are very aware of the difference. As a diesel owner, I would not want anyone but Rick or another Tech. doing any fueling of my vehicle after witnessing this potentially VERY COSTLY error. more
