Change oil on both of my cars. 3/26/2016

Everybody was very professional in their service towards me and my son. From the time I called the establishment to the time that I got my car back I had nothing to say but that they were all very professional. They quoted me the price before I even went there and everything that will need to be done on both of my cars are on paper. There is no chance for a surprise item to suddenly appear on my bill. more

Great customer service and knowledgeable technicians 3/21/2016

I had a very confusing issue with my automatic trunk. Several items were replaced such as the trunk shocks trunk hydraulic motor and finally the trunk latch. Eric and the technicians persisted to to find the cause and they corrected the issue. more

Brakes 3/18/2016

Braking at 65 mph on I-15 on way home from your shop caused severe steering wheel shake. I applied the brakes multiple times on way home and shake reduced. Today i did not feel any shake in syeering wheel. Tomorrow i will test the brakes in various conditions and speeds. Probably should have tested before handed over. Other than that.. all good. more

This is the best shop I have ever dealt with. Being a woman it can sometimes be difficult getting auto repairs because often times mechanics will swindle females . This shop delivered AWESOME SERVICE AND IT COST LESS THAN THEY ANTICIPATED UPON COMPLETION! I will always bring my cars to European Motor Cars more

On time and on budget 2/24/2016

I gave them short notice for an oil change and brake fluid flush on a Monday. No problem - they got it done on time even though the special oil filter meant they had to make a trip to the dealer. Thanks again EMC! more

At first, I couldn't think of what I wanted to do after they diagnosed my car. No one pressured me to make any quick decision, or to take the car with me. I got my car repaired the next day; and my car running great. Michael was courteous, friendly, and patient while explaining in details the car's diagnosis report. more
