Honesty 4/23/2016

You could have easily recommended a whole new set of spark plugs and wires to me and added on to the parts and labor bill but your honesty prevailed and your mechanic said that my spark plugs were like new and I just needed a new coil. Also, you turned my car around the same day when I didn't even have an appointment. Thanks for the confidence-building customer service. more

Great communication, quality work 4/12/2016

Needed quite a bit work done on my GL450. They diagnosed the situation and immediately let me know what needed to be completed and what they could do. Was very impressed with the communication on the diagnosis and possible outcomes of the problems and solutions. Made every effort to have the warranty company look at things. By doing this they did quality work and saved me a lot of money. Thank you. A newly discovered gem of European car work. Regular service will be done here on my return. more
