Always, get the personalized service. Detail discription of what was done and what is needed. I like the new trend of them taking pictures of areas of the car that they would think you may like to see. more

Professional and GREAT pricing 7/27/2016

Great experience! Got new spark plugs...saved almost half of what Bmw would have charged us. Nice waiting area to wait in with desk space and huge couch to watch tv on. They were done with our car in the time they quoted us and then washed the car on outside too more

I had an oil change performed last Thursday and the service interval reminder was not reset at 5,000 miles so now I have to come back tomorrow morning to get this done, disappointed that I have to do this since I left my car there for over 5 hours. more

I never feel like I need to second-guess any estimates for repair. The staff is great. Dan and Shelina are straight shooters. I hate when my car breaks down or has an issue but it is so refreshing to have a trusted place to go in time of need. more

I've been taking my cars to Shelina and the gang at EMC since 1999. They kept my V12 BMW going to 235,000 miles until it was totalled. With that kind of service, I just kept going to them. Honest and dependable service. more

BMW 7 Series reair 6/5/2016

Honest, no-hastle service and repair facility...constantly in touch to explain problem found and what the recommended repair should bexpect and how much it will cost. Definitely cheaper than Las Vegas BMW!!!! more
