Recently took my 2008 GL450 to have a few things looked at that might be covered under my extended warranty. Fortunately they were covered and Eric was in constant contact with the warranty company to make sure. EMC completed the work quickly and even stayed late on a Saturday to make sure I got my vehicle after having it for a while. I was referred here from a coworker. I will be returned for my regular maintenance work also. more

I took my. 2005 525 i for front bushings and oill housing gasket. This was recommended repairs done during a vehicle inspection. Up until the day I took my Beemer on May 2, 2016 I never once ever had an issue with my Beemer's performance. My car was picked up at the end of the day by my Wife and within minutes of being on the Freeway she noticed a loud thumping noise coming from the area of the front tires. She turned the Car around and her and the Mechanic took it on a test run. They returned to the shop where he then tightened up parts of the under carriage. How does a Mechanic give a Customer a vehicle back that is making a thumping noise that is very noticeable? Then for my trouble I am offered an oil change in the future free of charge ( which I will never use because fool me once....). Then on Saturday morning on my way to work my Oil low notice pops up on the dashboard for the first time ever owning my Beemer. Never had I seen this notice because I get this car maintenanced routinely and oil changes timely. So I call the shop and inform them of this and ask if the checked the oil level when changing the gasket and they say they did. But at the auto part store my oil cap was on so tight that it seemed like it wasnt opened since my last oil change. Remind You this car does not consume oil quickly at all and it was a quart low just after leaving thier Shop on Monday. The shop Lady tells me to expext this car to burn a quart evey thousand miles. I say okay fine but explain to me how I only put less than 120 on since Monday and its a quart low. Remember this is also the same shop who forgot to tighten down things to prevent a tbumping noise. Too top it off. On Saturday night I am on my way to a Concert and Im on the 15 on ramp. I accelerate my car tgen my Engine Malfunction light comes on and says reduced power. Imagine my anger at this. 2 lights in 1 day. 2 lights I have never seen come up before. I pulled over let the car sit and pulled the key out and opened up the gas cap per google advice and got my car safely home. Today is May 9,2016 and I have rented a car today so I can have a proper certified BMW mechanic check all the work done on my Beemer last Monday and to see why after all these years of owning my Beemer I see dashboard monitor message screen light up for tge first time. I will be posting this and tge findings on Yelp and every review link there is. more

They delivered more than they promised. I wish I would have known about this place sooner. Shelina was great, her knowledge about motor cars impressed me and David too was wonderful and was willing to share hes knowledge. They took me to the repair facility and showed me all the areas where my vehicle was leaking oil and now.......no more leaks. Thank you. more
