Brought my 335i with a cracked oils filter housing. Mike looked it up and said there is a service bulletin for it and I should take it to BMW because they'll fix it for free. more

Thorough diagnostics to include pictures. Won't start maintenance until given approval. Constant communication. Offers complimentary ride to and from while vehicle is in shop. 10/9/2016

Been a returning customer for maintenance I am incapable of doing myself. Never disappointed with service or work done. Never any regrets when I take my vehicle in for maintenance. more

They do the needed work, they bring to your attention and issues that might/will need to be addressed in the future and they are friendly knowledgeable people to deal with. have been to them a couple of times now since moving to Vegas, and i intend to keep bringing my car back to them. more

335d service 10/2/2016

I got an appointment with no issue from a curtious, friendly employee. The mechanic JR took the vehicle for a pre evaluation drive the diagnosed the check engine light as a faulty fuel actuator. The battery was also tested and found to be needing replace based on testing. The battery was under warranty. The vehile was serviced. The local throttle actuator was replaced. I was shown the original throttle actuator and the carbon build up on the valve. JR was knowledgeable, friendly able to show me the failed part in the garage. This is something that would NEVER happen at the BMW dealerships in Vegas. Thanks again top notch service experience. more
