Highly Recommend Ermitage Jewelers. I called and spoke to Liz about the Cartier Colisee Watch. She was very patient, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The Watch is beautiful, exactly as described on their website and exactly as the pictures portrayed on their website. This watch is in impeccable condition and was very competitively priced. I look forward to the continued relationship with Ermitage Jewelers. I love their history and I can’t say enough about the on-line buying experience and their website. I contacted Ermitage Jewelers to inquire about selling my Rolex Explorer II. Peter gave me a verbal quote for the watch and sent me an overnight shipping label that same day. I received an email that they had received my watch and within the hour Peter called me and confirmed the price he had quoted me for the watch. The money transfer was made before noon. It was a pleasure to deal with Peter and Ermitage Jewelers. I look forward to doing business with them again. Thanks for a great experience. more

I live in Texas and was looking for a Rolex for my wife for christmas, I looked at several sites before I found Ermitage Jewelers, their prices seemed to be the best, thank goodness I did not see the negative reviews that are out there before I purchased my Rolex or I would have missed the execellent experence I had dealing with ""Kate"" she was so nice and very helpful. They did everything they said they would do and were very fast about doing it, I later had to get some more links for my Rolex and they sent those right out. I dont know what happened with the people who had the bad experences but I can tell you I will use them again and will refer them to all my friends. more

They where extremely rude, arrogant, and clearly did not want my business. The owner is an absolute prick and acts like he is better than you. I read all the reviews before posting this. It is clear that the positive reviews are coming from the owner's friends or family and the poor reviews are telling the truth. Stay away from this place! more

The watch arrived today by Fedex as precisely scheduled and is in magnificent condition. It is just like I remembered it when I was in your store last month. After deliberating for weeks with the purchase when I returned home to New York, the watch traveled the nine hundred plus miles packaged carefully and well protected. I have been in Ermitage three times, 6/5/2012

I have been in Ermitage three times, each time intending to purchase a Rolex watch. I have never left with anything due to the poor customer service. Today I went into the store to discuss trading in my current Rolex for one of the Submariner's they had in stock. Peter treated me and acted as if he did not want my business. They have been rude and uniterested in serving me each time I visited. And thier prices are not competitive. I have lived in Dunwoody over 20 years and wanted to patronize a local store. But, I am done trying. I will take my business elsewhere. more

Great Jeweler with superb customer service 1/28/2012

I just recently purchased a Rolex Submariner from this company and I have to say it was one of the easiest transactions I have had via the internet. The watch is absolutely excellent in every way and is exactly as described via their website. The price was fair and the delivery of the watch was incredibly fast. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another watch from this company. Liz provided excellent customer service. The watch was beautiful and meticulously prepared. Thanks again for all of your help. more

Not helpful at all 11/29/2011

I received a Cartier watch last yr. for Christmas from my husband purchased at Ermitage. Two weeks ago the watch quit working, assumed it was the battery. Went to Cartier at Lenox for battery. They called today to say it was more than a dead battery. Cost would be $415.00 to repair. I feel sure that this must be covered under a 1 yr. warranty so I called Ermitage to see if they couId pull up the info so I can send someone from Cartier to Ermitage with watch. I am out of town and do not have my receipt with me (doesn't everyone carry all their receipts with them all of the time for all of their stuff?) and will not be at the home where said receipt is located for another 2 weeks. That will probably be 1 day after the warranty is good as well as the week before Christmas. They said I would have to find ""your own receipt"". Peace on Earth, Goodwill to men... if you have your own receipt from 11 months ago with you 2,000 miles away from home. more

Excellent Service 11/6/2011

I was searching for an Omega railmaster watch for my fiance for our wedding present. I had searched everywhere and finally came across Ermitage jewelers. They were beyond helpful because of my time crunch. They shipped the watch that day and I had it in my hands the next day at 3pm. My Husband Loves his wedding present and I thank you for making it happen. more

Best Deal on Rolex Watches 11/4/2011

Just purchased a Rolex from Peter and could not be more pleased. He is very knowledgeable about his merchandise and does not mind answering any and all questions. Their customer service is also outstanding. I closed the deal about noon one day and had the watch by 10:30 AM the following morning. Very Professional 10/20/2011

Great Service I actually did not end up keeping the watch that I bought from Ermitage Jewelers only because I ended up going with a different watch that they did not have in stock. Either way their service was impeccable. They were very friendly on the phone and promptly sent the item to me w/ in 3 days of placing the order. After deciding to return the item back I called the store to let them know and they honored their 10 day return policy w/ no questions asked, as advertised on the their website. They wire transferred my refund w/in a day or two of them receiving the return. Very good experience w/ Ermitage and I would definitely consider using them for future purchases even though this one didn't work out. more

Very Helpful and Professional 8/8/2011

I was in the market for an engagement ring, and after visiting all the big stores and some other local stores, I am very happy I came across Ermitage. They were very helpful and asked a lot of questions. After I told them what I was looking for, a few days later I received a email with the perfect ring. It was exactly what I was looking for. Long Time Over Due Thank You! 12/9/2010

My name is Dr. Rahman and I have been shopping with my wife at Ermitage Jewelers since 2006. Over the years Peter has helped me on many occasions, including this Christmas present that I just made for my wife. She absolutely loved her Rolex Datejust.
