Great Service
I actually did not end up keeping the watch that I bought from Ermitage Jewelers only because I ended up going with a different watch that they did not have in stock. Either way their service was impeccable. They were very friendly on the phone and promptly sent the item to me w/ in 3 days of placing the order. After deciding to return the item back I called the store to let them know and they honored their 10 day return policy w/ no questions asked, as advertised on the their website. They wire transferred my refund w/in a day or two of them receiving the return. Very good experience w/ Ermitage and I would definitely consider using them for future purchases even though this one didn't work out.
