We have been with Entouch for 3 years. We are happy with their service if we were not we would not be with them. When we did have issues/concerns we would call/email/contact and the issues/concerns would be addressed and resolved within 24 hours. I would recommend them to family and friends. more

Terrible. Our HOA fees include fees to EnTouch so we are stuck with them. We had a service call for them to replace the 4th router that is faulty and they NOW said in order to get a replacement router, it's $60, OH and. $5 maintenance fee. Even though it is THEIR faulty router. Our internet goes out constantly. \r It's disgusting how horrible this company is. We've cancelled everything we can with them and as soon as the contract is up, our HOA is voting them out too. Terrible. more

DON'T USE THIS SERVICE! 8/7/2011

Entouch internet is nothing like they say, you don't get high speed internet, instead you get internet that disconnects constantly and you have to reboot you router every 10 minutes. When you call for customer service, you have to wait on the line minimum of 40 minutes, just to get 1 of 2 things, someone who doesn't know what they are doing, or someone who not only knows what they are doing, but someone rude! In conclusion, if you have a choice, STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE more

I recently signed up with Entouch and the service rep was very helpful. They installed the service when they said they would and everything has worked fine. I have their Internet, TV and Alarm and the Internet is great. My spouse works form home and needs a fast and dependable connection. more

Excellent service - Rock Solid Internet 10/24/2010

800 dig did not get our yard marked. Weekend came and we needed to plant our trees. Calle Entouch for help (even though was 800 dig's problem) at 4pm on a Friday. A supervisor from Entouch came out and marked the yard at 6pm. Next day we got the trees out of the pots and into the ground on time. Thank you Entouch. We use their internet service. It is rock solid, no down time, and speeds are faster than Comcast for a lower price. more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, PATHETIC ONLINE BILL PAY 9/10/2010

Having entouch internet is not because of our choice. Its the only high speed internet service in our area. Entouch has poor customer service. Each time you call them be prepared to wait 45 mins. I got a disconnection notice even though i had signed up for automatic bill pay. Don't get this service if you have any other options. more

Never again 12/9/2009

We are forced to pay for this system by our HOA, which is controled by the developer. The internet works well enough except for having to reboot the system when the weather is bad. The TV is far less than perfect. Weather affects it more than I have seen with Satalite. We had trouble with our first box before a year was up. We were told that it had to do with not being properly installed. We were told that we would get ""On Demand"" but it rarely works, is slow as hell and is so frustrating that we have given up. We found out after we bought the house that Entouch was our only phone provider because the other company was told they would not be allowed in this part of the developement and never layed cable. All the other complaints about service are true as fare as TV. With internet I have had some good luck and some bad luck with the Tech's. I plan to sell this house as soon as possible and find someplace that is not controlle by the developer and Entouch. I have been touched enough. One more thing that I just found out. In order to Opt out I have to pay the HOA (developer) and Entouch $50 for them to consider removal of services. I have also lost faith in the ""High Tech Texan"". As for the rating, they would not let me go below one. Cons: Just about everything more

Wow! I have been with Entouch for over a year now and have never had a single problem. I am amazed at the negative reviews. I have them for phone, internet, alarm and t.v. and I am very satisfied with all. more

Best Service I've had since I've moved here!! 8/4/2009

I have had to deal with Comcast or Time Warner in the past so when I moved to Sienna Plantation 2 years ago, I was so happy to find out that I actually had a CHOICE on who to choose for my service! I was set up right away and when I had a problem, due to a storm, their customer service people were extremely friendly and helpful and got my situation taken care of very quickly. The Tech that came to my home was extremely knowledgeable and made sure my service was working before he left. Pros: Great Customer Service Cons: can't use 1 DVR for all rooms more

Avoid these guys like the plague 3/3/2009

I live in Sienna Plantation. Let's just say that the tv service is so bad that I switched to satellite 3-4 months after moving into my new house in Sienna. I am stuck with them for internet, unfortunately - I pay for 10 Mbps internet, and the average speed is typically <1 Mbps (to be fair, I sometimes see 6 Mbps at 3 a.m. but never more than 1 Mbps during peak hours). Pros: the phone service seems to work ok Cons: Bad DVR, poor tv signal, not many tv stations, VERRRY slow internet more

En-touch Systems should be run out of business. 11/18/2008

Privious complaints are more then valid and I wish to add my contacts with the firm. 1) One can;t contact them by phone, you can leave your phone number, your question/problem and they will return your call at their own sweet time, The return caller, 9 times out of 10, has an I.Q. score that matches thier birth Abcar score and absolutly no idea how to handle the situation. 2) During one of the area HOA meetings a cimpany exec, addressted those present and was roundly BOO'D. 3) I have had to go to their office on Raymond and work my way through at least 3 employees before I got to speak to someone smarter the the average Pound Puppy. My problem? They totally screwed up my account. Eventually ""GOD"" in his mercy, sent someone to correct the problems, The Cretin running their Accounting Dept, must be afraid to have members in the Dept. 4) My current problem, again involves Accounting Dept's lack of ability to either readvor to communicate with other ""in house"" Depts. 4 months ago I set up an automatic monthly bank withdrawal, so why do I recieve an ever increasing bill each month? Oh! by the way, in the left lower cormer of the bill, in 1/4 inch letters, a statement which states DO NOT PAY THIS BILL, AMOUNT WILL BE DEBITED FROM YOUR CREDIT CARD. If this were not enough, the arrival of the monthly bill is normally preceeded by a demand notice and termination of service if the amount is not paid. I should travel 30 miles to their office to solve their problem? I think not. I'll wait until they recover from their needed anal/crainiotomy, and call me when I'm available. 5) Their Internet Cable Service is slow during non-peak hours. During peak hours, a lame dial-up connection would be considered extremely fast. If they knew what and how to run an ethical business, their prices might be justified. As things stand, they should be put out of business. Pros: Absolutly NONE more

Entouch Systems 10/28/2008

Entouch is so sneaky. They trick into getting things that you don't need and signing contracts. I moved into a neighborhood where you have to use Entouch for your internet, cable, and alarm. There is a yearly fee that you have to pay. If you want a phone you have to pay extra monthly. If you want an upgrade on cable you have to pay extra monthly. We decided to get a box for the living room amd have basic cable for all the other rooms in the house. We also decided to get a phone. I have lived in this house for nearly two years now. This year they decided to go to digital cable so we were not getting basic television in all of the rooms. We were only getting cable in the living room, so I assumed that the price would go down for the yearly fee. I was wrong. It stayed the same. Last year when I called about the yearly fee, to get a better undersanding of it, I was told that I needed that box in the living room in order to have cable and that I would need to continue paying the monthly amount and I needed the phone in order for the alarm to work. This year when the fee did not go down my husband called. They told him that we were paying the extra monthly becasue we had premium cable and that we did not have to have the phone. They said that they could come and install something that would allow us to still use the alarm. My husband told them that before we did that he wanted to read over the contract, so what did they do three days later... They sent someone here to install that stuff without even telling us!! I told the guy that I was not signing anything until my husband looked at it first. He was very nice when I explained to him what had been going on and he simply installed it and said that my husband could call if he did not want it and someone else could come and take it out for us. I am seriously considering petitioning them or even selling my house as bad ad the market is just to get away from them. DO NOT USE ENTOUCH SYSTEMS!!!!!!!!!!!! Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

Absolutely avoid this company like the plague 7/28/2008

I agree with everything written above. We've had service for 6 weeks and it has been nothing but a terrible experience. The price is way higher than anywhere else we have lived. The customer service is ridiculous. I investigated prior to signing up (would have preferred Comcast--yes, believe that!, or u-verse, but not available here), and I saw a lot of negative reviews. Some of them I kind of half chucked--as I read from 1000 miles away, thinking ""well, that's a little extreme"" (e.g., wanting to throw the box into the wall), but I completely and utterly understand now! These people keep you on hold for over an hour and when you leave a message like they say to do, they never call you back. They do not have any sense of urgency whatsoever. THEY STINK Pros: NONE, THEY ABSOLUTELY STINK IN MY OPINION Cons: Working WITH THEM AT ALL more

worst cable company 9/14/2007

First if all, when we had service turned on, it took four different times of techs coming out to fix what the prior guy did before him before our cable would work properly. I have only been with this company for four months and the cable goes out ATLEAST 2 or 3 times a month for several hours. Everytime you call to see why you are not getting your service, they say someone from another company has cut their fiber optic, I just can't see that happening habitually from other companies. My husband was told from one tech that came to our house that they have had a lot of problems with this area with cable going out. The first tech that came out to activate our service only hooked up two out of four boxes. When we went and looked at the other boxes the cable wire was not even connected from the cable box to the TV and our internet was not working at all. Then a second tech came out to fix the internet and to hook the other two boxes properly. Then after he left you could not get cable on those two TV's. Also, the third guy that came out was soooo lazy and tired when he arrived just took out one cable box and switched to another did not even fix the problem . I asked him if he could set up the cable box to our remote control and he said that was not part of his job and handed me the instruction booklet. The most irritating thing about this company is that you pay good money for their service, they are more than ATT. But they only have people working between Mon-Friday 8am-6pm to send signals to your box if you are having trouble. If you call after 6pm, you will only get an answering service that takes your message and entouch will call you back during their hours of operation of Mon-Friday 8am-6pm. So, you have to wait until the next day to get service on your box and you just go without cable until that time. I have never had a cable company that did not provide a 24/7 staff that can send a signal to your box. Customers beware of this company!!!!! Pros: none Cons: paying good money same rate as other companies and very poor service, they do not even provide on-demand like other cable companies. more
