First if all, when we had service turned on, it took four different times of techs coming out to fix what the prior guy did before him before our cable would work properly. I have only been with this company for four months and the cable goes out ATLEAST 2 or 3 times a month for several hours. Everytime you call to see why you are not getting your service, they say someone from another company has cut their fiber optic, I just can't see that happening habitually from other companies. My husband was told from one tech that came to our house that they have had a lot of problems with this area with cable going out. The first tech that came out to activate our service only hooked up two out of four boxes. When we went and looked at the other boxes the cable wire was not even connected from the cable box to the TV and our internet was not working at all. Then a second tech came out to fix the internet and to hook the other two boxes properly. Then after he left you could not get cable on those two TV's. Also, the third guy that came out was soooo lazy and tired when he arrived just took out one cable box and switched to another did not even fix the problem . I asked him if he could set up the cable box to our remote control and he said that was not part of his job and handed me the instruction booklet. The most irritating thing about this company is that you pay good money for their service, they are more than ATT. But they only have people working between Mon-Friday 8am-6pm to send signals to your box if you are having trouble. If you call after 6pm, you will only get an answering service that takes your message and entouch will call you back during their hours of operation of Mon-Friday 8am-6pm. So, you have to wait until the next day to get service on your box and you just go without cable until that time. I have never had a cable company that did not provide a 24/7 staff that can send a signal to your box. Customers beware of this company!!!!!
