I’ve had nothing but great experiences with this florist. They are always professional and attentive to detail. They work diligently to satisfy the request of all of their clients. \r \r I was coordinating a company conference and had thought of every detail except flowers for the luncheon. The biggest problem was that lunch was to begin in 4 hours and I needed arrangements for 15 tables. A friend suggested that I call Enchanted Florist but even she wasn’t certain that they could help with so little time. I called and explained my situation and within 2 hours, I had 15 tables decorated with fresh floral bouquets. Everyone was impressed with the room but there were a lot of compliments on the flowers. Enchanted Florists saved my day and got me brownie points with my boss as well.\r more

I’ve always been more than impressed with Enchanted Florist. The staff is friendly and very informative on which flowers work best for my church program decor. The flowers are always fresh and beautifully arranged. They’ve always given me extra insight on how to care for the live plants to increase their life span and to help them shine for a much longer time. Honestly, I know nothing about plants but I always feel confident after purchasing an arrangement from them.\r \r more

I must say that the overall quality of the roses is very high. They're beautifully cut and arranged in a way that makes them very appealing to the senses. A couple of the other local florists don't do as good of a job as them. One of the guys that I talked to at this other place was very rude over the phone. I thought Savannah's people were a bit nicer. It can be really hard to get good roses at a price that's reasonable. I think they did a very good job, though. They've also been around for about sixteen years, so that says a lot about their repeat business.\r more

Our daughter's wedding was coming up and we wanted to have a large assortment of flowers available at the reception. Savannah's Enchanted did a decent job helping us pick out the right flowers, though we had to come in. It wasn't easy to do it over the phone, and we usually don't order things through the internet. The overall arrangements were good. We ended up ordering ""Rose Bowl"" and ""I Love You"". They looked decent, though they may have been a little overpriced. I think that in general they're a little bit better than the typical florist, though. We were pretty happy with the wedding arrangement overall, and the flowers looked beautiful. \r \r more

I ordered from Savannah's because I wanted some really attractive flowers to celebrate my sister's new baby. They do a great job. I wasn't even sure what to order, but the woman on the phone was really nice and seemed to go out of her way explaining all of the flowers to me. When I placed the order, it only took a few minutes. On a scale of one to ten, I give them a ten. \r \r more

The tulips I purchased were a little bit wilted. I usually don't complain, but it was noticeable. It was my first time ordering from them, and they were accommodating. When I complained, they sent me a new order for free and said that that usually doesn't happen. Decent overall. \r \r \r more

I decided to order from Savannah's Enchanted Florist because I saw an advertisement of them through the local newspaper. I have to say, I was surprised at the wide selection they offer. A lot of the more exotic arrangements like orchids and tropical plants look simply beautiful. We were ordering for a corporate business project. They placed the order efficiently, and when we received it, it was exactly to our specifications. They were also very timely in having the arrangement ready for when we needed it. I think I'll go with them next time as well. \r more

Savannah's enchanted florist had a very nice selection. The staff were very friendly, and went out of their way to ensure that my order was placed the way that I wanted it. I was really happy with the overall service, as well as the arrangement of our order. They seem to have been in business for a long time. I heard about them through another family that ordered their service. I think that in the future I will more than likely order from them again, as a lot of other florists in the area don't provide service as good as theirs. It was my sister-in-laws birthday and wanted the flowers to be especially nice.\r I live in Illinois she lives in Scottsdale. I called Enchanted Florist and spoke to\r Dale who was very helpful. I asked him if it would be possible for him to send me\r a text or email of the arrangement so I was able to see what we sent. Well he did text me the arrangement and it was absolutely gorgeous!!!!!!! Thank you Dale for\r your outstanding service and talent. If you are looking for florist in the Scottsdale area I would truly recommend Enchanted Florist. You will truly be satisfied. more

Excellent service. Called from out of town to order an arrangement for local delivery. I spoke to Jack. He and his staff couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They worked within my budget and my requirements to create a beautiful centerpiece. They even texted me a photo of a sample for my approval. It was delivered on time and was loved by my family in Scottsdale. I look forward to working with them again. more

The owner stayed open late (they close at 5pm on Friday, which I was disappointed to hear) for me, which started the visit off just right. She genuinely seemed to appreciate my business, and never made me feel bad for staying late. She also helped me pick out the perfect bouquet, which my wife loved, so I can't ask for much more. I thought the price for the bouquet - $34 - was a bit on the high side, but next time, I'll just be more clear on what I'm looking to spend. The cost of flowers can get out of control pretty quickly. more
