This tire place is decent, I bought 2 sets of tires over 3 years with this store, and im always looking for a deal, last time i bought a set of used tires for my toyota and got it...

Worst

Unfair for the qualified mechanics (Who are not the favorites) employed @ Elliott Tire & Services in Ballard. I went in not to long ago to get new tires... Ended up getting new ...

Yep 3/20/2012

I only intended to have a quick oil change here and asked if they could also install my brake pads and rotors. I had all the wrong parts, but the guys came up with the correct ones within an hour and had my car all ready to go within 2. The price was very reasonable especially considering the level of service I received. They did a great job and were friendly and knowledgeable. I would refer them to others and of course return again for my auto service. more

Repairs 3/12/2012

I operate an Airport shuttle business in Seattle and buy all my tires from Elliott's. This location is spotless and the whole crew seems competent and friendly. I will be recommending Elliott's location to my fellow shuttle operators. more

Honest Service 3/7/2012

The shop, luckily, wasn't crowded on a Monday night when I bought the car in. The technician patched up the tire and reassembles the tire on the car in less than fifteen minutes. Honest services for a fair price, what more can you ask for? more

Extremely Knowledgeable 2/20/2012

This is hands down the best tire shop in West Seattle; they have a dedicated customer base and anything tire/rim related I take here. They are extremely knowledgeable and they work very fast. They treat all of their clientele with respect and dignity!!! more

I will Recommend 2/3/2012

Elliot Tire on NW was the closest tire shop I could find because I had a blow out about a week ago and I found Elliot Tire!!! They had me back on the road within a half hour!!! Thank you, I will recommend you to everyone I know!!! more

great helpful staff 1/16/2012

Every time I go here I leave happy, safe, and satisfied. The staff knew that I had a hard time affording the new tires so they secured almost new tires for me because they were concerned that I was driving around on threads! I showed up in a panic at 7:15am and they were very helpful in reassuring me everything was going to be fine. more

Fixed Me Up Right Away 12/28/2011

I blew out a tire one afternoon and I didn't know what to do. I called everybody I knew, but no one could help me, until I found Elliot Tire right around the corner. They fixed me up right away and I was back on the road in minutes. Thank you Elliott Tire for all your help!!!! more

Informative with good advice on repair work to be done, either at time of inspection or later on down the road. At least it gives me the opportunity to plan for future repairs and know that they'll need to be done by a certain time. more

Patch up 11/16/2011

I got a flat tire yesterday morning and went to Elliott's Tire. The guy was so efficient. Took off the tire, identified the leak, patched it up, put the tire back in just 15 minutes. It cost me only $10! Seriously, this place is packed, but thanks to their efficiency, you don't have to make appointment or wait for a long time. more

They were so nice and helpful at Elliott's! I got a flat and could not see any punctures or damage, but my tires were will leaking air. I came by and they were really nice about checking my car and making sure it would get fixed.. They found a nail embedded in the tire, patched it up, and gave me paperwork with a warranty, which is way more than I expected. highly recommend them over going to the gas station or any local dealership. more

Very disappointing customer Service 8/19/2011

I had to take my car back 4 times as the same problem kept occurring. The owner failed to take accountability for making any mistake and would place blame on my car being quite old (its only a 2004) And that nothing was ever missed in the diagnostic. However, each time they would find more and more parts that needed replacing. They were rude and overly priced!!!! I will never go there ever again more
