This tire place is decent, I bought 2 sets of tires over 3 years with this store, and im always looking for a deal, last time i bought a set of used tires for my toyota and got it...

Unfair for the qualified mechanics (Who are not the favorites) employed @ Elliott Tire & Services in Ballard. I went in not to long ago to get new tires... Ended up getting new ...

I had my jag in for Oil change and run rough problem. They found a vacume line had came off and nc the diagnostic fee of 98.00 since it was a simple fix. Now thats what I call cust Service. Pete T more

please, just go anywhere but here. They will not make things right even when proven after the fact that they were wrong. Don't risk your cars integrity here, they have done things that had potential accident possibilities. just read the reviews. I was ripped off by these guys. more

Good Honist Shop 11/4/2009

I just Had my car serviced at Elliott On Elliot ave. And have had my vech serviced by them for years and have always had great service at a fare price. I rec them to all my frieds. Some of these bad reviews I see on this site are comming from the same clown who won't even post his or her name and has never done busniss with these fokes . They have always stood behind there work . Ken more

Good Service Great People 11/4/2009

I had a steering problem with my honda :very loose: I had just had serviced by the Honda Dealer. I took it in to Elliott tire & service on Elliott They Took a Look at it and found the rack and pinion bolts were about ready to fall out. They resecured them and re aligned. It drove great Great People. more

Another iteration 11/1/2009

As with any comment site please bear in mind that only those who have recieved terrible or excellent service tend to comment. The 5 star ratings on this site for this business seem a bit trifling. My ripoff experience with Elliot Tire and Auto Repair should negate a thousand five star oil changes given the price gouging I received here. See my other post. more

DANGER 10/30/2009

all it takes is a couple mistakes by a garage, i have heard stories of these guys leaving oil plugs out, replacing parts that were not bad to start with, loose lug nuts after changing tires. Those are dangerous. Don't take your chances I learned the hard and very expensive way. more

Great Service 10/30/2009

My battery light came on and my car died. I had It towed to Elliott auto service on elliott ave. They got me in quickley and back on the road with in a couple of hours. and also provided a loaner car at no charge wile the car was in the shop. That's what I call customer service. more

dangerous STAY AWAY from these crooks 10/22/2009

They replace parts that don't need replaced and charge you 3 times what you can buy them for yourself. I swear they just guess half the time what might be wrong. READ the reviews, they are not worth risking the saftey of your car. more

Great Tire Prices 10/22/2009

I took my sc430 to dealer they wanted to sell me 4 tires for aprox $1900. Talked to Wade at Elliott Tire He was able to install 4 tires and align my 430 and take care of the rear brakes for almost 1/2 of what the dealer quoated me for just the 4 tires. more

My Ford Escort started missing all of a sudden They were going to charge a diagnostic fee but the manager at elliott ave was asking me questions He walked out to my car too see the problem and open the hood and secured the loose spark plug wire.The car ran fine. I asked how much I owed he said nothing. I tried to give him a tip but he refused. Thanks Waide I will be back for my future Car Needs. James more

Don't be FOOLED! Ratings being manipulated 10/18/2009

I have already gone into detail about my experiences with this shop and nothing has changed despite the obvious attempts to bump their ratings on this review site. Read the negative reviews and notice how there are a ton of "1" ratings spanning over a couple years, but in just the last couple of weeks, they have somehow received a whole new crop of "5" ratings. Don't be fooled or place your trust with this shop to as much as change the oil in your car - or you too may feel compelled to write your experience and rate them a "1" as well. more

Great Honest Service 10/16/2009

I have been taking my cars to the Elliott shop for quit some time they have always treated me fair and honest. I look at some of these reviews and ither these are other shops that are giving poor ratings or people that have not delt with the crew on elliott ave.Some don't even have a spicific complaint's or names. Our even the right location. Keep up the good work guys . kay K more

Great Tires 10/15/2009

I needed 4 new tires for my suv I spoke to wade the manager at the elliott tire on elliott ave. he talked me into some Fotera tripple treads witch were more money than the others I was planning on. However these tires are the best ride and traction I have ever had and were well worth the extra money Thanks wade for the great advice and good customer service. more

stay away at all costs 10/15/2009

unless you break down right outside their door, wait let me take that back, even if you break down outside their door on Elliott, call a tow truck and go anywhere else. They do not know what they are doing, they will rip you off and fix things that are not the problem. I swear they just guess and start replacing items at your expense more

Took my Honda in for Servive and they had it back to me in about 45.min oil change top off fluids and rotated my tires at nc and I was on my way. more
