I contacted Austin Drain and Rescue when my AC finally went out. The crew to install the new system arrived promptly, worked professionally and were very courteous. Additionally, they cleaned all the debris and removed the old units. I felt they did an exceptional job and will certainly use Austin Drain and Air Rescue in the future for other projects. I returned from an out-of-town trip to discover my A/C stopped working. After a most uncomfortable and sleepless night, come Monday morning I was on a mission to not have a repeat of the night before. Austin Drain and Air Rescue was the only company that could have someone out the same day -- make that within 30 minutes, the same day! Josh arrived, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and explained to me, then showed me exactly what was wrong with my system. My 18 year old A/C system had finally seen its last day. I had a couple of options but chose to have the furnace and the condenser unit replaced. Angel, the technician, arrived within the hour. After explaining to me what he would be doing he went right to work. He performed all of the work himself and had everything up and running in no time. Angel, you did a fantastic job! This type of replacement is not cheap. I took advantage of a special that was being offered at the time. There will be a federal rebate and a City of Austin rebate which will save me about $1000. A most welcome discount in these lean economic times. This is a relatively new company, and I feel 142% confident in their equipment, employees, fair and better than most pricing and most importantly, quality of work. Thank you for coming to my rescue. I am 8 months pregnant and ran out of gas off of Mopac last Thursday. Everyone kept speeding by, but then 2 of Drain and Air Rescue technicians stopped to help me. They were so nice and helpful and I would have been stranded in the 100 degree weather for hours without them!!!! My AC went out while I was out of town and when I got home, the house was literally baking!! I called Austin Drain and Rescue because they have done great work for me in the past. This time they sent Josh out who was prompt, courteous and did the work quick and well done. He was very knowledgeable about the unit and air conditioning in general. My service provider was extremely knowlegable, helpful and polite. Josh explained every thing that he was doing as he did it. He showed me current problems with my system and problems that could arise in the future. Josh also spoke to me about my current systems and systems that I might consider purchasing, when I have to replace my current air-conditioning unit. more

Of course, during this very hot weather my air went out on a Saturday night. Drain and Air Rescue were the only people to answer the phone on a Sunday morning. Diane was quite helpful and she sent out a tech by the name of Josh who showed up at the appointed time and got the air back on asap. We did not have to face the afternoon heat. I was quite pleased with the service of Drain and Air Rescue. Josh came and did a fair amount of service to my AC/heating system and it was done efficiently and he was very fastidious. The morning started a bit rough when the person who was supposed to show up called that he would be 5 hours late, but they promptly sent out Josh and took care of the problem. I'm very pleased. more

Nothing is worse than a 100 degree day and an air conditioner that doesn't work.
