Drain & Air Rescue

After my A/C stopped working on a Friday evening I contacted Austin Drain and Air Rescue. Josh was at my house within an hour to diagnose the problem! Unfortunatley, my outdoor unit (17 years old) had given out and I had to make the tough decision to either repair it or replacie it. Josh patienly explained my options without making me feel uncomfortable or pressured and he answered all my questions in a way I could understand. I did decide to replace the unit and I am very happy with the results. more

Josh Turner is the only man you want working on your A/C. My wife and I have used them twice and signed up the first time for there memebership program. Both times the membership has saved us money. Josh came out and did great work. I Manage an Automotive shop, so I know what its like when people just assume your going to rip them off. Which no doubt there are places like that, but Josh is a dude you can trust to leave alone and not ""find"" something else to charge you for. If anything he'll try and save you as much money as possible. I respect that greatly because thats how our shop is run! Great guy, great service, great company! more

I found Austin Drain and Air Rescue online, when my AC was leaking water inside the house. I emailed Sunday night and on Monday morning before 8am had a confirmation email waiting for me, and by 10 had a service representative at my house, and the problem was fixed before noon. Both service representatives were polite, unobtrusive, and professional, and efficient! more

Josh just left my house after giving my AC the fixing it needed. He did a great job of not overselling me while letting me know what really needed to be done in order to make the system work the way I wanted. Given the fact that I have a 12 year old AC unit, we're looking at replacing the system and are giving serious consideration to using Drain & Air Rescue when we do. more

That's how I feel about the service tech that just left our home, after calling the people (casa mechanical) who installed my ac for my new home 3 years ago and getting the run around and total non-caring attitude, they even told me they can make an appointment for me in 3 days and  it would cost me $86.50 for the first 15 minute, then $22.50 for each 15 minutes after that to look at it...I started to research online and I found great reviews on Austin Air Rescue ($69.00 flat rate to look at it) from the start I knew I found the right people,  the lady who answered my call was courteous and at least gave the impression she cared, I had a tech call me one hour later letting me know he was on the way, once he arrived he was wonderful, diagnosed my problem ( bad capacitor ) had it replaced in 10 mins, tested my system and was done in about 20 mins....I regret I did not remember that nice lady who took my call name or the service techs name, but at 95 degrees in my house I was a bit out more

Jeremy did an outstanding job on our clogged sinks. He also recommended ways to prevent it from clogging in the future. more

When Josh arrived, he went right to work, and helped me with the air conditioner questions I had. He was quick, competent, and such a nice young man! more

Josh came out this morning, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed the clogged drain. Then he went above and beyond to do a thorough system check on other aspects of the system. We have been using Drain & Air Rescue for all plumbing and HVAC issues for about 2 years and will continue to do so. more

Love the great service. Posted an email Sunday night and had a technician the next morning by 8:30am. Solved my compressor problem and leaky air conditioning unit. Worst yet I had another a/c repair company that charged me a lot of money a month earlier to say that I had a cracked compressor pan and charged me $500 to clean two units to blow out all the junk stuck inside the pipes. They were unable to fix the leaky pan unless I was willing to shell out $800 more. They recommended to live with the leaky A/C till the unit needed to be replaced. Needless to say I will never call the other company again. I love to have honest hard working people solve my problems. I had nothing but great people to work with with this company. First of all I dealt with Josh who came to my home on a Sunday as we had company and our air conditioning went out upstairs. He checked everything very thoroughly and we needed a new unit. He explained all units and we decided on one and he wrote the order. He would have come out the very next day to install but I requested later in the week due to our company. We have three units for our home. Another gentlemen I would like to acknowledge is Adam, the inspector. He came back out to inspect everything they did and also found I small problem and he fixed it on the spot. I can't thank this company enough for the gentlemen they have hired and the knowledge that they had. I would highly recommend them to anyone. more

i am very happy with austin drain and rescue came when they said fixed what needed to be fixed, josh is great feel like i have a friend in the a/c and heat business so yes i would recommend austin drain and air rescue more

i hired drain and air to help me with my sewer line i was told my plumbing under my house was broken now this was in Aug 2011, tyler fixed my plumbing they had to dig under my house, i was told the city had to inspect the job and they would return to put back the dirt. the city said the plumbing didnt pass code Hank was sent out and he did some work, the city came back out and passed the job, and i never hear back from drain and air i called back to the office and i spoke to a ladie and told me some one would come out and fix it, manny came out and checked the plumbing i told him the city passed the work so manny told me he would take care of the job and he had some guys fill in the dirt now this was already Feb 2012 7 months later Tyler, Hank and manny were very nice men, now i have another plumber out and said i have more issues after spending thousands of dollars with drain and air i tryed to contact manny but was told he quit, i asked for hank or tyler and they no longer work there so i have asked over and over to speek to a manager and as of 4/2012 and i have never gotten a call not once i understand there is a new manager but even he will not call me so my new plumber told me to just call the state plumbing board and have them help me out i just cant understand why the manager or owner will not call me. i am no longer upset its my fault i should have had my son handle it from the start i had a large dirt pile in front of my garage so i could not use my garage for 7 months and the rain washed dirt inside my garage manny and a young man his helper did a nice job cleaning everything and tyler was nice and talked like he was a plumber i am upset that the manager would not talk to me just a sorry would have been nice to hear not from the plumbers but from the office manager or owner. god bless more
