I returned from an out-of-town trip to discover my A/C stopped working. After a most uncomfortable and sleepless night, come Monday morning I was on a mission to not have a repeat of the night before. Austin Drain and Air Rescue was the only company that could have someone out the same day -- make that within 30 minutes, the same day! Josh arrived, was pleasant, professional, knowledgeable and explained to me, then showed me exactly what was wrong with my system. My 18 year old A/C system had finally seen its last day. I had a couple of options but chose to have the furnace and the condenser unit replaced. Angel, the technician, arrived within the hour. After explaining to me what he would be doing he went right to work. He performed all of the work himself and had everything up and running in no time. Angel, you did a fantastic job! This type of replacement is not cheap. I took advantage of a special that was being offered at the time. There will be a federal rebate and a City of Austin rebate which will save me about $1000. A most welcome discount in these lean economic times. This is a relatively new company, and I feel 142% confident in their equipment, employees, fair and better than most pricing and most importantly, quality of work. Thank you for coming to my rescue.
