I called about a heater this morning , a tech was sent out the same day. I'd like to thank Josh Turner for troubleshooting and getting our heater up and running. He was very nice, informative and courteous. and didn't seem to mind all the questions.... Excellent service, Will definitely recommend to friends and neighbors! more

Thank God for these guys. Got home from a trip to find A/C out on a Sunday night. I called them and they were out here the next morning...on time! Garrett was friendly and great...going the extra mile to help out. They took pictures of what was going with my unit on the roof...explaining all and letting me know how I could save money. Couldn't be Happier w/ tech Josh Turner 8/29/2013

Had Technician Josh Turner come out within an hour of original phone call (in the middle of the day) and he had my A/c goin in no time! Gave me all the tune-up options and his recommendation without any pressure. Presented me a bill with a price that was more than reasonable for everything and didnt leave until my house was comfortably cool! I'm a pretty handy guy and usually fix these problems myself but after my experience with Tech Josh Turner I will be turning strait to Drain + Air Rescue next time I have any troubles.. more

Very professional and helpful team of great technicians. Rudy came out today and gave us some great tips in getting more from our AC investment. I love it when I can learn how to save money. Service was outstanding and Rudy was able to handle everything our units threw at him!\r \r Rudy again came out today 3/25/13 and this time found and fixed a problem that was very difficult. In my last year at UT Austin our air conditioner experienced electrical issues as well as a blocked drain line. Drain & Air was the 4th contractor to send technicians, and they sent the most professional and helpful people of all. Our apartments were old, and the air conditioner had a clog in the drain line, which was tied in to our upstairs neighbor's drain line. The prior 3 technicians from other contractors never did figure out the tied drain lines being the issue at hand, but the pro from Drain and Air was happy to go upstairs to clear our line for good! After paying 3 contractors to come out and suggest buying a new air conditioning unit, I was very relieved to have a nice professional solve the problem in under an hour. more

Just had these guys out for an air conditioner tune-up and I am glad I did. The tech was very knowledgeable and found several problems with the electronics and wiring of our unit that probably would have caused it to fail later this summer. The price was reasonable and considering the service, well worth it. I will use Drain & Air for all my future AC repairs. more

Wow! I can't say enough fantastic things about this company and Nick! I had received a quote from a ""competitor,"" when a coworker recommended I contact Austin Drain and Air. They were extremely friendly, got the part and fixed it within 3 hours of calling for 60% LESS than the competitor quote. Nick was awesome! more

Josh is great. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our AC and fixed it for a reasonable price. The ""competitor"" wanted 5x as much money to fix a problem that did not really exist. We will call on Drain Air Rescue the next time we have a problem. more

The blower motor went our on our A/C last Thursday - the part was unavailable until Monday. Rudy the service technician was very helpful and left his personal portable A/C units for us to use over the weekend. We expected Rudy to return on Monday at 3pm to install the part - however he showed up hours earlier at 10am. Good Service. Thank you. more

I had a dead rodent that was smelling up one of my rooms and the AC wasn't working very well. I thought something died in the air duct. Rudy came out with a thermal imager and confirmed that the air ducts were fine but the thermal imager was able to still locate the rat through the sheet rock. Topped up the R22 in the AC and my house is now odor free and comfortable again. FANTASTIC. more

I can't say enough nice things about Josh Turner! He is awesome!! He took the time to really explain the issues that our seriously old system has and also took the time to write out 4 different options of ways we could go about getting them repaired so that we could find a repair for each issue that would work for our budget. He was so patient and knowledgeable! I would not hesitate to use this company again and would recommend Josh Turner to anyone with AC issues!! more

Scheduled an AC tune up, and they came out the same day. Josh Turner, our technician, was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He was also just a really easygoing guy that made us feel comfortable about the work he was doing. I plan on using this company again, even though their prices are pretty steep, largely because of Mr. Turner's outstanding customer service. more

Great Service! 7/30/2012

WOW. I called Thursday at 6:15 P.M. Joshua was at our home at 10:00 A.M. on Friday. Normally my husband would have fixed the a/c himself, but ironically he was going out of town the next morning and couldn't get parts on such short notice. He NEVER goes out of town, so Murphy's Law was in full force. Joshua not only came up with the exact same diagnosis as my husband, which gave me great confidence in his skills, but he also fixed it right then. What's more, when my husband checked the work, he confirmed that the job was done right and well. We were concerned with my being home alone with a service man, but Joshua was extremely courteous and made me feel comfortable right away. He also welcomed speaking with my husband on the phone as mechanical work of any sort is not my forte. As he was leaving, I asked for several of his cards because there are many women in our neighborhood who need someone they can trust to work on an a/c or heater unit or the plumbing. How nice to have such a trustworthy and skilled individual enter our home. more
