I am another pet owner who can't believe the things that have been written so negatively about this company. I've spent many minutes, if not hours in their store, and I've been impressed every time I go there. The staff is extremely helpful, the place is immaculate, and the dogs all seem happy. I've even watched the dog walkers come in and out of the place, and I have always been impressed with the fact that they are all in uniform, and all pleasant with everyone that they encounter. Certainly a lot different than the people I see on the street in ragged clothes trying to hold onto 6 or eight dogs at a time! My dog has been in the care of DoggieDay for over two years, both using the in home service as the Playcenter, and there has never been an issue with his care. Sure, there are times when there has been a billing issue, but I don't think that there's a company that I've done business with in my entire life that this sort of thing hasn't happened with. They always take care of the problems, and seem to continuously look for ways to improve the serv ice. According to the owners, who I think are great people, they do over 40,000 visits a year, so the fact that I see a handful of negative remarks certainly is not indicitive of the way this company does business on a large scale. I hope DoggieDay stays around for as long as I have a pet. I wouldn't trust my baby to anyone else.
