Review content:
I have used doggie day for their in home cat care. I was initially very happy with the service that doggie day provided, but have recently had some very serious concerns. The last time that I made an appointment with them, no one showed up. Having a diabetic cat who needs insulin twice a day, this was a very serious mistake. When I called to complain, they agreed to refund my money but never offered anything even close to an apology. When I asked to speak with a manager I was sent to a voice mail and never called back. I have also found it difficult to impress upon them how important in is that my cat get his insulin at specific times during the day (failure to do this can result in his death). I would not recommend doggie days cat care services to anyone with special needs cats and I would recommend that you be sure to confirm your appointments by phone even if they send you an e-confirmation.
