Review content:
Doggie Day's customer service is almost no-existent. One is never able to speak with a human being when calling - the voice mail loop is all you get. If you do choose to leave a message, don't expect your call to be returned. I am not sure whether they have bitten off more than they can chew, but I know from first hand experience that they do not pay their vendors, not even late - just never. Not a great way to run a service driven company.
Pros: They carry quality products
Cons: they do not pay the bills for the products they buy
