I have found every single interaction with Doggie Day to be a nightmare. They left my 9 week old pug puppy alone in his crate for 10 hours and then showed up after I arrived home. When I demanded a refund for both the visit and my membership fee, I spent over two weeks chasing the owner down who was on vacation and waging war with one of the rudest receptionists with whom I have ever spoken (Megan?). I ended up physically going to the store and just happened upon the 'vacationing' owner who was in the store. He ended up giving me my money back and I thought I was done with Doggie Day for good.
