The day the technician came to clean the carpet. I was out of town. But to come home to a beautifully clean carpet was great to see and smell. This was a job well done. When you please My wife you done a great service. Thanks for the great job. more

Good results 5/17/2013

COIT was quite a bit more expensive than other companies we have used (and we may have been overcharged for the carpet cleaning is the impression we got from talking to others), BUT very happy with the results. The cleaning bought a little more life for our carpets which need to be replaced in next few years. The air in the house is much fresher after the air duct cleaning - can't even tell we have dogs. more

Technician did a good job on carpet, but was not aware of additional work discussed with supervisor/estimator. Work was done on week end so no way to reach supervisor. Work was done, but somewhat frustrating. more

I will never use this service again 5/16/2013

While the staff were friendly the over all experience was horrible. First issue was they didn't have the equipment to stretch the carpet even though this was on the original work order and was what I needed done the most. I had to wait 5 more days for the carpet stretcher. The carpet stretcher was almost and hour late. The cost was pretty high for such a small house and that was including two discounts. I will never use COIT again. more

Horrible Experience 5/16/2013

The carpet cleaning tecnician came out the first time and SOAKED our white carpets...took more than 2 days to dry and they were filthy when they dried. I think all he did was suck the dirt to the surface and they looked horrible. I complained and the same guy was sent out to again soak the carpet. I ended up spending hours after that drying the carpet with towels and scrubbing the carpets by hand for several hours because a realtor was coming that weekend. I spoke with Nick (?) again and told him how disatisfied I was. He apologized and indicated that he would process a partial refund for the bad service. That was almost 2 weeks ago and I have not received any refund in the mail as of yet. more

The gentleman who did the cleaning was very competent. We've had that rug cleaned by Coit a few times in the past, but never as well as this time. Great job all around. more

Will not use again. 5/16/2013

I made the appointment to have my sofa cleaned online. I received a call the next day confirming the time I had requested would work, and another call the day before my appointment to confirm they would be here the next morning between 9am-11am. I received a call the next morning from the service tech at 8am informing me he would be here between 1pm-3pm, not 9am-11am as confirmed. When I explained to him that was not the time I had scheduled the service for, I was told if the 1pm-3pm time frame didn't work I would just have call back in and reschedule. Extremely inconvenient as I had scheduled my entire day around this! I was told on the phone that I would receive a 35 on the service. What they failed to inform me of is that there is a minumum charge. So while they did give me the discount, they then turned around and tacked on a "service charge" to bring the charges up to their minumum. While they did a decent job on the sofa the rest of the experience has left me extremely unhappy with my experience with Coit. I will not use them again. more

Rug cleaning unsuccessful 5/11/2013

We had the carpet cleaned to remove a stain caused by spilled candle wax. Unfortunately, it wasn't successful, plus an additional stain appeared that the tech said was caused by the amount of moisture that was applied. They returned and redid both areas, but both issues remain. more
