The cleaning crew arrived on time and did a good job on the furnace and ducts. Not sure how the dust and gravel escaped into the basement around the furnace area. more

Poor Job 11/26/2013

I heard COIT had a good reputation for cleaning air ducts so I used them. Much to my surprise they did a HORRIBLE job cleaning the ducts. They did not clean up after themselves, scratched a wall ( I will need to touch up paint), did not put furniture back that they moved, and ruined my air filter to my furnace. When I complained I was offered a small refund and they did not offer to comeback and clean up. I am thoroughly disappointed in the service I received and I WILL NEVER use COIT again. more

Spots on rugs not treated differently from rest 11/26/2013

Our rug leading into a room had a spot and the stairs also had dirty spots. The treatment was the same as rest of rugs. There was no special attention or treatment given to these spot. I was surprised and disappointed. The results still show soiled or dirty spots. more

Spots on sofa that look like the solution wasn't dry 6/9/2013

our sofa was dirty but now has large spots on the cushions, it looks like the cleaning solution caused them, my wife was very upset more

One recommendation would be to have the person cleaning ducts vacuum the dust left behind furniture and against walls,and sweep up dust on tile. 6/3/2013

COIT does a good job. My appts. was scheduled to be the 1st appt. on Sat. morning and the person who was scheduled to clean the ducts called to give me a later time, by 10:00. This was not acceptable because a lady from Coit called to confirm my 1st, early Sat. appt. between 8 and 9 I woke up early to be ready to greet him by 8:00 a.m. After speaking to him about this, he did arrive earlier than 10:00. He was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience. If I am the 1st appt. and because it was confirmed as the 1st, I would expect to have him their between 8 and 9; preferably 8. He did a good job with the exception of all the vacuuming needed after he left. more

The servicemen are punctual and pleasant. They inspire confidence, but who knows how thorough and gentle the cleaning is. I had area rugs cleaned and they look clean enough, but how do you tell, other by what they tell you?? more

For Tile & Carpet Cleaning jobs 6/1/2013

Tile guys were great they had to return to get some spots corrected. They were pleasant on both visits & very customer service oriented. The carpet guy had to return do to some worse smelly pet spots. There was soe mis-communication between me & the first service tech. We weren't listening to what each other said. He made me feel like I needed to move all the furniture myself. Second guy was willing to retreat spots & could relate to the issue since he had cats also. more

Remodeling basement 6/1/2013

Due to a lot of sheetrock dust in the air, our ducts were full of dust everywhere. We couldn't keep up with the cleaning. Once we had the ducts cleaned, you could the difference immediately. Great job! more

good experience 5/31/2013

It was a good experience. the office personnel were nice to talk with and very helpful. they were on time courteous and professinal. my wife and i are smokers he did great job cleaning them and took the smell out of the carpets. my only complaint /could of done a better job on the stairs. you cant tell till they dry. but they were half clean half stained. all in all they great to deal with. more
