I made the appointment to have my sofa cleaned online. I received a call the next day confirming the time I had requested would work, and another call the day before my appointment to confirm they would be here the next morning between 9am-11am. I received a call the next morning from the service tech at 8am informing me he would be here between 1pm-3pm, not 9am-11am as confirmed. When I explained to him that was not the time I had scheduled the service for, I was told if the 1pm-3pm time frame didn't work I would just have call back in and reschedule. Extremely inconvenient as I had scheduled my entire day around this!
I was told on the phone that I would receive a 35 on the service. What they failed to inform me of is that there is a minumum charge. So while they did give me the discount, they then turned around and tacked on a "service charge" to bring the charges up to their minumum.
While they did a decent job on the sofa the rest of the experience has left me extremely unhappy with my experience with Coit.
I will not use them again.
