I called COIT one year after a really great cleaning experience, to deal with a pet problem. The technician gave me a sales pitch for "Biotene", which he said would take care of the odor problem. It did not. When I called back for a redo, I was told that it was probably in the pad, and no cleaning would help. (We probably have to replace the pad.) Gee, why wasn't I told that in the first place, and save the cost? If I call COIT again, I will ask to have a supervisor come along, because I don't trust the technicians to do anything but upsell.
