Your technician came and did the best he could do with the stains from the last cleaning. It turned out that it was caused by the water used in the cleaning which wicked to the furniture that was not moved and the stain went into the rug. The next time I will remind the cleaning techs to put Styrofoam under all the furniture not just the ones that were moved more

We had all carpets cleaned and the technician performed well. Needed a follow up on a couple of upholstered items and that was handled quickly and satisfactorily. more

Worst Cleaning EVER 5/31/2013

Coit cleaned air ducts, but left basement full of dust and dirt. Had to clean entire basement after these tech;s left house. They took out the vents and all the dirt and dust from the ducts fell all over the basement. Worst job ever and will not have them clean our ducts again. The bed and blankets , clothes, chairs had to be cleaned. Spend 9 hours cleaning up after this duct cleaning.... more

Damaged furniture, set off smoke alarms for hours. 5/31/2013

I had my carpets clean and the service was okay, nothing spectacular, probably could have had it done for 1/2 the price through another company and had the same results. Stains were coming back up 3 weeks later. Damaged the bedroom furniture and did not tell me. I discovered it and contacted the company. Nick came to see the damage, said they could have someone fix it. I missed his last call, left a message, but haven't received a call back. Do not recommend them for carpets. more

We had our area rug cleaned in Colorado and did not unwrap it until we completed our move to Arizona. We are very pleased with the resuslts. It looks like new. more

Excellent Carpet Cleaning Service 5/31/2013

We moved into a new home and had a situation where we needed our carpet cleaned well so that it would be "new" again. Coit did a fantastic job. I've questioned using Coit in the past because they appear to be more expensive than other companies, but because of their excellent service, I believe I will use them again and again. The serviceman even gave me a product that works wonders on spots, better than the store brands. more

Much better when supervisor comes out personally. 5/31/2013

I called COIT one year after a really great cleaning experience, to deal with a pet problem. The technician gave me a sales pitch for "Biotene", which he said would take care of the odor problem. It did not. When I called back for a redo, I was told that it was probably in the pad, and no cleaning would help. (We probably have to replace the pad.) Gee, why wasn't I told that in the first place, and save the cost? If I call COIT again, I will ask to have a supervisor come along, because I don't trust the technicians to do anything but upsell. more

My experience was spot on...no pun intended! The truck showed on time, walked me through all that we planned to do, was extremely knowledgeable and courteous, and finished when he said he would. The work he did was great. more
