Classy Wigs

The worst cut I have ever had - cried all the way home and am still crying. Went and bought visors, hats, and am considering a wig. I am pretty good at salvaging a not-so-good cut, but this one is beyond me. I wanted a blunt-cut below chin length swinging bobbed style, and got layers chopped into it everywhere that do not blend or lay evenly. Two-inch layers in a circle around the crown. I now have what looks like a short hairstyle on the top and a mid-length hairstyle on the bottom, with any thickness cut out of the middle so the shape is horrible. Not unlike a medieval Greek Corinthian helmet - minus the noseplate, high on top and flat on the sides. Very noisy place, so when you talk to the stylist during consultation I don't think they can hear. I forgot to print out the $10 coupon, so ended up with a $65 nightmare that will take me eight months to grow back to a length to be able to get what I expected - somewhere else. Cons: Extremely noisy and crowded, no room in waiting area more

I was referred to the salon from a friend who has been there mutiple times and has seen a few different stylists. I was booked with Cindy and told her I really had no idea what i wanted, she did such a thorough consultation with me, and helped me figure out what was going to be best for me. I left there feeling like a whole new person! I've never had people stop me for my hair before and now it's like a regular occurance!! Thank you CIndy , you're awesome!!!!!!! more

I have been going to Kathy Adams Salon for three years now and have finally found a great salon with stylist that care and listen to what their clients want! My hair is very fine and thin and hard to work with but Lauren has made me feel like a new person. She talked to me about extentions so I had them done and I LOVE my hair. I have also seen Josh who is very proffesional and suggests different options when Lauren is not available. Josh also makes my hair look beautiful when I need my color done. They both have such style of their own I Love that! Also the best shampoo I have ever had!! The extentions are human hair so I can style it however I want ,Curling iron, flat iron This salon is Great and friendly ,not snobby like some other salons. I highley reccomend Kathy Adams Salon. I will always come here for my hair! Thank You Lauren and Josh and all the rest of the staff! Best Salon in Atlanta! Pros: The salon cares about your hair and keeps it in great condition. Very Friendly Salon and prices are geat. The extentions are expensive but so worth it!! Cons: I cant think of one other than sometimes my stylist Lauren and Josh are booked and have to wait sometimes to get in but they are very accomodating more

i just got my cut and color done today at kathy adams salon. my hair turned out better then i imagined. not only that, the entire staff was so complimentary and sweet to me. it was a really great experience and have finally found a well rounded friendly salon. it was a wonderful experience. Pros: awesome salon Cons: busy mall enviroment more

BAD Customer Service - great haircut. I've been to KAS 4 times and loved my haircuts with Lauren. I had to make appointments 4 weeks in advance, but it wasn't too much trouble to plan ahead. Pros: Lauren does a great haircut Cons: bad service, 5 week wait for appointments more

They double booked my last appointment and didn't notice until 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Of course, I was already at the mall by then. They couldn't fit me in with my normal stylist (I was just getting a haircut - no color, ext. or anything). The soonest appt they could offer me was 5 weeks later. 5 weeks for their mistake. Not to mention that I had to call the manager. They didn't even apologize or anything. I loved my stylist Lauren, too bad she works at a salon that providdes such HORRIBLE customer service. I tried 4 different salons before I tried kathy Adams Salon. Finally, someone has gotten it right. The customer service was great. My stylist Josh worked wonders with my hair. I would highly recommed this salon. Pros: talented stylists more

I like it that Kathy and Adam don't take you for granted even though you are a regular customer. They always treat you like you are a new customer and are always listening to what ideas you might have for your hair. I just like the salon and the people who work there also. I am always being asked ""Who colors your hair"" and I always say ""Kathy Adams Salon"" at Mall of Georgia. I love them!!! more

i have gotten my hair extensions at kathy adams salon and they were great. my greatlengths extensions were great. i had them for 6 months just for a change and never had problems. you just have to make sure you follow the maitenance guidlines so that they do last. kathy adams salon is really a nice place. the staff is sooo friendly and very informed. i would recommend them highly. Pros: well informed, educated, and great people Cons: sometimes can get a little to busy during peak times more
