BAD Customer Service - great haircut. I've been to KAS 4 times and loved my haircuts with Lauren. I had to make appointments 4 weeks in advance, but it wasn't too much trouble to plan ahead.
They double booked my last appointment and didn't notice until 30 minutes prior to the appointment. Of course, I was already at the mall by then. They couldn't fit me in with my normal stylist (I was just getting a haircut - no color, ext. or anything). The soonest appt they could offer me was 5 weeks later. 5 weeks for their mistake. Not to mention that I had to call the manager. They didn't even apologize or anything.
I loved my stylist Lauren, too bad she works at a salon that providdes such HORRIBLE customer service.
There are plenty of other very good salons to choose from in that area.
I will not be going back.
