Customer Service 11/17/2004

I would like to commend the salon on their customer service . I was taken care of very well by the manager, Stephanie answered all my questions from my first visit. She arranged my second visit and I am very pleased with my results. I was listened to by her and she put me with my second stylist who knew exactly what I was looking for. I thank you Stephanie for being patient with me and for putting extra effort into pleasing the customer. more

Kathy Adams Salon has an incredible atmosphere and friendly customer service. All the employees and especially the receptionists are kind and though seem very busy always stop to make the client feel appreciated.
