My water bill indicated a leak (40,000 gallons over normal usage), so I called Clarke Kent Plumbing at the recommendation of my neighbor. They came out late on a Friday to stop the ""bleeding"". Joe did a fantastic job. Very prompt and professional.\r \r I will be calling on them for all my future plumbing needs. more

I have to tell you my great experience with Clarke Kent Plumbing and with Joe. Joe was very sensitive to our situation and did everything he could to get our water heater working until I was able to get a replacement unit. He was successful and told me how to check on the bad unit to ensure it would hold up through the Thanksgiving holidays. I was able to pick up my replacement water heater this Tuesday and lucky enough Joe was able to come out later that day. Not only did he replace the water heater but he did it very quickly. From beginning to end Joe impressed me with the urgency he put on my situation and how he tried to teach me things to do for on going maintenance. more
