It is hard to give anyone five stars in a situation that was so bad, but Clarke Kent did the best possible job for us under very inconvenient circumstances for my roommate and I and I would highly recommend them.\r Long story short, we found out the house we are renting had multiple gas leaks under the house and the whole gas pipe system has to be replaced. During one of the coldest weeks of the year in a very drafty old house. The prospect of having no heat, hot water or cooking ability was not a good one, not to mention our landlord was less that cooperative. Our plumber Marcel told us that since the work would start on a Friday we would have to wait through the weekend for him to finish it on Monday or Tuesday.\r However, it got to be the end of Friday and Marcel stayed an extra couple hours since it was taking faster than he thought so we would have heat for the weekend since he new we didn't really have anywhere to go and we were worried about out pets. He also took over talking to our landlord about the project since we were probably not the best relay and he knew she was giving us a hard time about everything. It was so great to let him deal with it.\r Then a few days after the repair I swore I smelled gas so I called him and he came over after work one night to make sure there were no leaks left, which there were not. He was so great, as were the customer service people I spoke with over the phone. If you ever have to go through a similar ordeal or anything involving plumbing needs, I highly recommend Clarke Kent and especially Marcel. more

We just bought a new house that needed lots of TLC since the former owners had neglected several things. Our real estate agent recommended these guys and she was correct. And fortunate for us we got Joe C as our go to guy. He came out several times over two weeks as we attacked the irrigation system, replaced the softener system for the house and the old water heater, fixed the leaky toliets, showers, outdoor spigots while also hooking up our washer and dryer. Joe (and his sometimes sidekick Josh) could not have been more polite, professional and hard working. But what truly impressed me was the way Joe looked at as friends and helped us diagnosis problems, look for problems that might be happening in the not so near future all the while providing quotes and options to consider. He was never pushy, always offering advice like your neighbor would. The back office folks at Clarke Kent are friendly and attentive and on the ball with updates on times and schedules. more

I had a great experience! They came out on time. Phillip Knipstein was our plumber. At first I thought he was way to young, but he knew his stuff and got not only the job we asked him to come out for, but corrected two other problems we were having and did not charge us any extra for the time. I would definitely recommend! more

I hired Clarke Kent Plumbing to run a Hydrostatic test on my new home. They were a little late in arriving, however, it wasn't anything out of the ordinary for any service man I've ever hired. Eli came over and ran the test. He was really nice and explained things over and over until I ""got it"" and was satisfied. \r \r I liked that Eli also took the time to clean up after himself. I was quoted a price range between $180 and $300. After all was said and done, I paid a little over $220 for the job. I'm happy with the service provided. more

These guys were awesome. I had a serious gas leak issue and they fixed everything, as well as maintained communication with the city inspectors to make sure the house was safe and secure. Billy was very professional and thorough - highly recommended! more

I haven't dealt when any other plumbers here besides Marcel, but as far as I am concerned he is the best. He is just a friendly and pleasant fellow as well!\r \r I needed some new sink plumbing hooked up in our remodel and an RO water filter. I ordered the RO off of Amazon. When it came I saw the tank was HUGE. Since we'd bought a 9"" sink and larger disposal I was convinced the RO system would have to be mounted in the cabinet beside the sink, thus losing precious storage space. Was I ever wrong. Marcel made everything fit neatly! And we still have plenty of room for soap/cleaner storage below. Amazing.\r \r Marcel also offered a some suggestions with the kitchen sink faucet arrangement I hadn't even considered. Like installing a pneumatic button for the disposal right on top of the sink next to the faucet and soap dispenser. I didn't even know such a thing existed! But wow, is it ever handy.\r \r The other 4 sinks were hooked up very quickly and again the results look beautiful. The piping is metal, stainless steel I guess. Looks like it will last for years and years to come!\r \r At the end of the day, the bill came in right in the middle of Marcel's estimate. No surprises!\r \r I'll definitely be calling Clarke Kent and Marcel again if we have any problems! more

Just had a really great experience with these guys today, in fact.\r \r It took a little bit of confusion and several phone calls to get a guy out but have my landlord pay. The people at the office were super nice and patient and two guys (Eli was one of them) came out very soon after calling.\r \r Both plumbers were considerate, worked quickly and explained the problem clearly. They asked before putting in a new part (as it was kind of optional) and weren't overwhelmed by my pack of dogs, lol!\r \r In conclusion, my shower had been working poorly for months and I just took a super awesome shower so I'm feeling pretty good :) more

Can't believe they came at 9 am on Saturday morning and fixed my water line so I have water again. Thank you, Rob was fantastic! I had called 4 other plumbers last night and Clark Kent was the only one who showed up. I thought the price was reasonable considering it was a weekend. more

They say lightning striking is a lucky thing. Not when it busts 3 pipes in your front yard! \r \r Clarke Kent was quick to send plumbers who were professional and got the job done in a timely fashion!\r \r I would highly recommend them! more
