Wow, we have survived our Foundation Repair! Having said that, I am sure it was because of the crew that Church Services sent to do it. The foreman on the job and his men showed...

Worst

I used this service once before, I'm now recalling them back for the second time for a job that seems to happening again. This seems like a nightmare to me I have been HOT all day...

We had to do an after hours call b/c our a/c completely stopped working. Jose was here in a couple of hours and fixed our unit on a Sun am. We are thrilled at having our air back in Aug. in Houston. He also found a couple of things wrong and fixed them as well. We will def. use this company for our bi-annual checkups. Highly recommend. It's hard to find an a/c company like this one, believe me, we have tried several with horrible results. THANKS JOSE!!!! more

We had lots of problems getting our air conditioning repaired through our home warranty group's providers, so called Church Services. After a week of back and forth with the warranty group's provider, we were very pleased that Church Services had the unit repaired in less than 24 hours. They are professional, courteous, and always on time. They protected our floors, wore booties, and kept the front door closed when it would've been easier for the technicians to leave it open. We've had Priority One service for fall and spring check-ups on our units, and they've never tried to sell us anything, even when they've spotted a problem. I can't say enough good about this great company! more

Happy with our Foundation Repair 7/15/2011

We had the pleasure of working with JR Hernandez to repair our foundation. JR was thorough in his explanation of the work that would be done and made us feel very comfortable with his knowledge of the process. The crew was very respectful. They cleaned up everyday with minimal interference into our daily lives. When the job was done you could hardly tell they had been there at all. I would highly recommend JR and his team for any foundation repair. more

JR Hernandez and his crew did an amazing job repairing our foundation this past month. JR and his team had the utmost professionalism in all of our daily encounters. His team's work effort is unlike any I have ever seen. If more teams work as diligently and efficiently as them, the business world would be a marvelous place. Everyday the team astonished me at their dedication, professionalism, and diligence. The team made every effort to minimize our family's inconvience during the repair, as well as cleaned the area thouroughly everyday. Our family will never look to another company in regards to foundational issues that should arise in the future to us in other houses or referring them to family and friends. Raising the foundation 6/12/2011

JR Hernandez did a great job repairing our house foundation last year. His team not only worked in a professional way, they also tried to minimize the inconvenience to our normal life during the construction period. After 6 months, when we tried to water our grass, we found the sprinkler system was broken. We emailed JR and got prompt response. He sent his supervisor Clemente to our house for a repairing the next day. Clemente and his crew were so wonderful and had the system back to normal in a speedy way. We appreciate their good services and respected attitude. more

HONEST COMPANY 6/2/2011

I had a service call today with Church, the issue was my central air. I had previously had work done by them on my unit and the part they replaced had a warranty. Today, the technician arrived, was friendly and professional, I just prayed that I didn't need a new unit. After doing his inspection, he stated that the problem was again the same issue as previously and that it was under warranty. I thanked God for his honesty, he could have been dishonest and told me anything. I will certainly call Church again when I need repairs done, they are honest...Dawn more

JR Hernandez managed the project well and his crew was polite and always cleaned up at the end of the day. They did a great job with lifting the house in a timely fashion and kept on schedule with what was agreed in the beginning. more

Thorough Job 5/11/2011

We had major foundation problems with our house. Church Services did a thorough job in three days. The workers were very professional, and they constantly worked. Mr. Hernandez, the Engineer, monitored the work throughout (interior and exterior). He kept me informed of the process by pointing out changes taking place inside the house as the men worked on the outside of the house. After the job was completed, our house was left the way it was found: the yard was replaced, dirt was removed, concrete was hauled off and driveway was scraped and hosed. more

Great service 4/10/2011

We have been doing business with Church Services since we bought our AC unit from them 10 years ago. Every year we pay for Priority One Service and have the unit checked twice a year. The techs that come out are very professional and explain every thing very well. I would recommend Church Services for all your AC/Heating needs. more

Foundation Repair 12/13/2010

Churches did an excellent job fixing our foundation and better yet making the cracks disappear! They were really fast and cleaned up the mess each day. It looked like a really big job because our house is over 3000 SF, but they did it. We are very pleased at the results. more

Cool as a Cucumber 9/17/2010

My husband and I who live in West Houston purchased a new air conditioning system from Church Services at the end of last year. Our Trane 16i system has been like a new family member. The installation required tearing out our old condenser, heater, coil and all the old gray ductwork. The installation crew was very efficient and kept at it from about 8:30 AM til around 5:00PM but when they left our attic looked like a work of art. We have even gone in the attic just to look at it. Our old system was running all the time. Our Trane system is quiet and our living room with a high ceiling is now cool and it was always the hot room. We keep the thermostat at 77 or 78 and are perfectly comfortable. Our electric bill has been about $400 less so far this year compared to last year. We also got a tax credit of $1,500 because of the system we purchased. We recommend this company as being professional and the transformation from the old equipment to the new equipment was really something to see. more

Rip Off Company 9/15/2010

Church Services installed my A/C unit 8 years ago. I have had problems with it from the begininng. When I called in June the unit couldn't cool my house past 77 degrees. The tech said I needed more air return and quoted a price or $284 which I paid. In August I had the exact same problem and the exact same tech said there was no problem with the unit and it was working perfectly. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!!!! more

Bas experience 6/26/2010

When I called earlier the lady I spoke with told me that the service man was on a job and it would be a couple of hours and this has turned out to be more than 10 hours waiting for someone to come to my home.If I get this AC fix I will not use this service again. more
