I used this service once before, I'm now recalling them back for the second time for a job that seems to happening again. This seems like a nightmare to me I have been HOT all day. When I called earlier the lady I spoke with told me that the service man was on a job and it would be a couple of hours and this has turned out to be more than 10 hours waiting for someone to come to my home.If I get this AC fix I will not use this service again.
