After a harrowing run of bad service experiences with the cable company (worst by far), post office, camera manufacturer, gas company, and grocer, finally I had a good experience when I took my Prius in for a minor service: a headlight, still on warranty, needed replacement. I also pointed out to the service agent that a wheel well liner had torn loose. He put it on the service order and they installed a new clip for no charge. They didn't have to, but they did--kudos to them.
